Not only is the Nuvi visually appealing, but it also works like a charm. When compared to the TomTom units, the display is at least as good under optimal conditions, but much better when viewed from various angles or in different lighting conditions.

Since buying the Garmin Nuvi 350 in June 2008, it has saved me unknown amounts of time and has been one of the best investments in technology that I have ever made. I have traveled now over 2000 miles with the system, for both business and personal reasons, and I have felt comfortable knowing that I can trust that I will arive at the given destination every time. I really like this product. I do not have the best eyes, and this product made me feel safer by helping me stay on track and announcing turns well in advance. The detour feature was a wonderful bonus and worked like a charm getting around an accident on the freeway.
